The sequel to Magnificent World, this one is rather short, but does at
least give a larger feel to the sheer scale of the technological society of
the past that existed, and just how much of it still works, full of its
original evil intent to destroy.
Ifurita is finally shown to be what
she had been all along; a mass manufactured weapon, no "demon god" as the
current society had assumed her to be, by gradual misunderstanding of all
ancient technology. This is proven by a second nearly identical Ifurita war
drone present in a remote area the travelers come upon...
