Locales/Hidden Home of the Trigger for Destruction

From EHOL

Hidden in the vast wastelands near the Desert of Bleached White Bones, lies a valley. However, to the casual observer, the valley will remain hidden, for all they will see is an inconspicuous mountain. That mountain, however, is merely an illusion to hide one of the darkest secrets in El-Hazard.

When one breaks through the veil of the illusionary mountain, they will be greeted by an amazing sight. In the middle of the dry desert gulches is a lush and green nature paradise. Visitors will be amazed to find species of plants and wildlife that are foreign to some of the more knowledgeable guides of El-Hazard. The whole realm almost seems like a place that time has forgot.

In the center of this paradise is a piece of ancient El-Hazardian technology. It is what has created the illusion and it is what has created and maintained the nature that thrives. But that is not what its actual function is. It is actually something much more sinister.

If the Demon God known as Kalia were to come into contact with this device, she would then activate what is known as the Trigger For Destruction. What is the Trigger? It is the final act of revenge of the losers of the ancient El-Hazardian wars. A device, not much unlike the Eye of God, but rather than destroying locations or planets, this device destroys everything... as in the ENTIRE UNIVERSE!

Once activated, the trigger resembles something of a flying fortress, fully fortified to protect itself until it can complete its task. The only way to destroy the Trigger once it has been activated is to destroy the control circuit, which is Kalia.

Even though the Trigger was defeated, the hidden valley still remains. It is guarded by a person who has lived there for several years. An Ifurita model demon god whom was resurrected and freed from her control circuit by Yuba Yurius, who was another interdimensional traveler with abilities not unlike Makoto. He and Ifurita had resided at the Valley for many years until his death. Now alone again, this second Ifurita stays to be near her memories and to protect any other secrets of the valley.
